A written statement to the Tribunal of Enquiry into the events of 7th May, by Julian Harber, whose name had already been raised by other statements at this stage; like other demonstrators, Harber begins with a note of caution about the Committee of Enquiry’s terms of reference; his statement ends with a denial of allegations made by Maintenance Officers Wyatt and Lilley, that he had struck a policeman and knocked off his cap, while cheerfully admitting that he had done so on other occasions
