Oral testimony before the Tribunal of Enquiry into the events of 7th May, from the second of the three students who were subsequently suspended for their participation in them (pp. 214-227 of transcripts); Triesman is questioned on the researching and drafting of the indictment, as well as plans and objectives for the demonstration at Dr Inch’s lecture to the student Chemical Society; Triesman further denies claims by chemists and maintenance staff that Dr Inch was being intimidated as he attempted to leave Wivenhoe House, andthat it had been necessary to call in the police
