Copy of the document read out to Dr Inch at the Chemical Society lecture on 7th May, and subsequently handed to Senior Assistant Registrar Roy Butler, who in turn submitted it to the Tribunal of Enquiry into the events later that month. This copy includes markings in the margins indicating the sections allocated to named speakers. [Note: Butler’s copy appears to have a page out of sequence, which has been corrected in the linked file so as to restore the sequence of points; Butler’s cover note to the Tribunal has also been removed for this anniversary publication]
