Copy of the document read out to Dr Inch at the Chemical Society lecture on 7th May, and subsequently handed to Senior Assistant Registrar Roy Butler, who in turn submitted it to the Tribunal of Enquiry into the events later that month. This copy includes a cover note to the Tribunal secretary, and markings in the margins indicating the sections allocated to named speakers.
