Adams’ second submission to the Tribunal of Enquiry into the events of 7th May is the transcript, referred to in his first submission, of an all-too-brief student tape recording of the start of the lecture by Dr Inch to the student Chemical Society; the recording, and hence the transcript, are tantalisingly cut short by somebody apparently stepping on the microphone lead and pulling it out of the recorder
